You can zoom, and scroll your slices individually, or as a whole using the buttons on the "Magnify" panel .
If the Auto Link Zoom
button looks like this:
, the zoom and pan setting will
automatically be applied to all slices. However, if it looks like this:
, then if there
is selected slice the zoom and pan apply only to that slice. If
there is no slice selected, then the operations apply to all slices
regardless.
If your mouse has a scroll wheel you can zoom in using the mouse by
pointing (with the mouse) to an image feature on which you want
to zoom, and turning the scroll wheel. Pulling the scroll wheel towards you

View
menu. . This brings up the Zoom
Control dialog:

You can scroll an image by pointing to an image with the mouse, press and hold
down the right mouse button, and drag the image. If the image is zoomed, but
the mouse drag does not scroll the image, then select a zoomed slice to enable
this feature.
Note: you have to be zoomed in to be able to scroll the image.
When a slice or all slices are zoomed, scroll bars appear at the right and bottom of the image display window:
These also allow you to scroll the image up-and-down or left-to-right. Click and drag the blue region of the scroll bar, or click on the arrows at either end of the scroll bars for finer control.
If the image is zoomed, but the scroll bars do not appear, then select a zoomed slice to enable the scroll bars. If you then want set the zoom and scroll of all slices to that of the selected slice, click on the button.
To zoom and scroll all the slices of the image in unison, make sure
that all slices have the same zoom and scroll setting (by
selecting a slice, and clicking either the
button or the
button).
Then de-select the
slice by double clicking on the selected slice. Zoom and scroll
operations will now apply to all slices, regardless of the setting of the
Auto Link Zoom
button.
