pHEstimator - Usage

pHEstimator is for estimating the pH from pH-responsive probes in CEST analysis. Running the program with the option --help produces the following output:

Usage: pHEstimator [options] image1 image2
 -?,--help                      Displays this help message.
 -c,--calibration <file-name>   Set the pH calibration file.
 -p,--power                     Estimate pH from CEST at dual R.F. power.
                                Default is to estimate from CEST at dual
                                frequency offsets.
 -v,--verbose                   Turns on verbose reporting to System.out.
-ver,--version                 Prints the software build version, and exits.
