Re-Installation of Jim Version 7.0

If you need to re-install Jim Version 7.0 you can download and run the installers below. You will need to make that you have the correct version of java installed (Version 1.8.0). When installing Java from the Oracle web site, be sure to install the java development kit (JDK), not the runtime environment (JRE).

• PC's running Microsoft Windows. Download and run jim-windows-x32-installer-7.0.exe (for 32-bit Windows), or jim-windows-x64-installer-7.0.exe (for 64-bit Windows).
• PC's running Linux. Make sure that java version 1.8.0 is in your path, then download jim-cross-platform-installer-x32-7.0.jar (for 32-bit Linux), and run the command:
  java -jar jim-cross-platform-installer-x32-7.0.jar to install Jim.

  or

  jim-cross-platform-installer-x64-7.0.jar (for 64-bit Linux), and run the command:
  java -jar jim-cross-platform-installer-x64-7.0.jar to install Jim.

• On Apple Mac computers running OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and later, download jim-macosx-installer-7.0.jar Double-click on this file. When downloaded, click on jim-macosx-installer-7.0.jar in your downloaded items, and a new icon will be created on your Desktop. Double click on this icon, which will run the installer.
