Output Images
The processing produces several output images. The name of the output images is taken from the first, or only, input image, with suffixes appended. These are:
_Water- a map of the separated water component._Fat- a map of the separated fat component._FatFrac- a map of the fat fraction, with values between 0 and 1. Zero indicates no fat is present in a pixel, and 1.0 indicates only fat (no water)._T2Star- a map of T2*, with values in milliseconds._DeltaF- a map of the frequency offsets (in Hz) caused by the magnetic field inhomogeneity.
Some examples of the output images for a cross-section of the abdomen are shown below.

For this example, the data quality did not allow estimation of T2*, which was fixed at 100 ms. The other processing settings were:
- ΔB search range: 3 PPM.
- B0 smoothness: Medium.
- Default fat spectrum.
- Max. nodes in B0 inhomogeneity search: 10 million.
- Process in 3-D.
- Zero the image background selected.
