Jim can display complex images - images where the real and imaginary parts are represented by separate 32-bit floating point or 64-bit double values (interleaved).
When a complex image is loaded, the
Complex Mode
menu item allows you to set what is
displayed. Select:
Real
to display the real part of the complex
image.
Imaginary
to display the imaginary part of the complex
image.
Magnitude
to display the magnitude of the complex
image.
Phase
to display the phase of the complex image.
All numerical values extracted from the image and displayed (such as intensity values, intensity profiles, orthogonal views, etc.) will correspond to the selected display mode.
