StorageServer - Usage

StorageServer starts the Xinapse Systems DICOM Storage Server. Note that this program will normally be run from a startup script that runs every time the system is rebooted. Running the program with the option --help produces the following output:

Usage: StorageServer [options]
 -?,--help                     Displays this help message.
 -a,--aet <title>              Specify this application entity's title (default:
                               XIN_PACS).
 -b,--store-to-database        Stores image details in a local database. By
                               default, images details are not stored in a
                               database.
 -d,--directory <dir>          Specify the root folder for image storage
                               (default: "/home/xinapse/images").
 -db,--dbname <databaseName>   Sets the name of the database into which images
                               will be stored; default: "XINAPSEDB".
 -dd,--dbdir <folder>          Sets the folder name in which the database will
                               be stored; default: "/home/xinapse".
 -dp,--dbport <port>           Specifies the TCP/IP port number for
                               communication with the database; default: 1527.
 -p,--port <integer>           Specifies the TCP/IP port number through which
                               remote DICOM nodes will communicate with the
                               Storage Server (default: 53762).
 -s,--srv-debug                Turns on debugging messages for DICOM services.
 -t,--timeout <integer>        Specifies the port timeout in seconds (default:
                               10).
 -u,--ul-debug                 Turns on debugging messages for DICOM upper
                               layer.
 -v,--verbose                  Turns on verbose reporting to System.out.
 -ver,--version                Prints the software build version, and exits.
