QSMUnwrap - Usage
QSMUnwrap is used to unwrap phase images as the first step in quantitative susceptibility mapping. Running the program with the option --help produces the following output:
Usage: QSMUnwrap [options] inputImage1 [inputImage2 ... inputImageN]
-?,--help Displays this help message.
-b,--b0 <strength> Specifies the B0 field strength in Tesla.
By default, an attempt is made to read this
from the image header.
-e,--echo-times <TE1,TE2,...,TEn> Specifies the echo times in milliseconds.
By default, an attempt is made to read
these from the image header.
-m,--mask <image> Define the interior region using an image
mask.
-M,--roi-mask <roi-file> Define the interior region using ROIs.
-r,--erode Erode the mask according to quality of the
RMS error of the phase fitting. If the
threshold is not given, the default RMS
phase error threshold is 3.0 radians.
-t,--threshold <threshold> Sets the threshold for the RMS phase error
in radians.
-v,--verbose Turns on verbose reporting to System.out.
-ver,--version Prints the software build version, and
exits.
-z,--zero-phi0 Force the initial phase (at zero echo time)
to be zero.
