 -?,--help              Displays this help message.
 -e,--erode <n> Set the number of erosions of the interior region. Min:
                        0; max: 10; default: 3
 -f,--feet-first Set that the subject entered the scanner feet-first.
 -l,--lambda <lambda>   Set the lambda regularisation parameter. Min: 0.001;
                        max: 1000. Default: 1.
 -m,--medi Apply MEDI weighting to the regularisation.
 -o,--orient <orient> Specifies the (approximate) scan plane orientation of
                        the input image. <orient> must be one of: Axial,
                        Coronal, or Sagittal (case is ignored).
 -p,--plot Step through values of the Tikhonov regularisation
                        parameter to provide data for an L-curve plot.
 -v,--verbose Turns on verbose reporting to System.out.
 -ver,--version Prints the software build version, and exits.
