QSMDebackground - Usage

QSMDebackground is used to debackground phase images as the second step in quantitative susceptibility mapping. Running the program with the option --help produces the following output:

Usage: QSMDebackground [options] totalFieldShiftImage
 -?,--help                Displays this help message.
 -k,--kernel-radius <r>   Sets the kernel radius (in mm). Default: 5 mm.
 -l,--lambda <lambda>     Sets the Tikhonov regularisation parameter. Min: 0.001
                          Max: 1 Default: 0.005
 -p,--plot                Step through values of the Tikhonov regularisation
                          parameter to provide data for an L-curve plot.
 -v,--verbose             Turns on verbose reporting to System.out.
 -ver,--version           Prints the software build version, and exits.
